Sensation 11 inch stainless steel fry pan
This "made in Belgium" fry pan works best on low to medium heat. The handle is welded onto the pan with no rivets on the inside to avoid food getting stuck. The Silvinox ® surface hides unwanted finger prints and it is advisable to use only soap and a cloth- no aggressive cleaning agents.

Cooking Tip: If you like to sauté a few chicken breasts, place them in a container (or zip lock bag) with some grape seed oil and spices. Leave it in the fridge for an hour or two. Place the cold breasts (smooth part down) onto the medium heated fry pan and leave them for two to three minutes searing. Since the meat is marinated by the grape seed oil you do not need a lot of fat in the pan – I add no fat, but watch the temperature. The meat will free itself from the pan – no probing needed. Once the good side is a little browned turn the breast over and brown the other side.
