Light & Fluffy Waffles
- 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 3 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 ¾ cups milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Place the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into bowl of KitchenAid stand mixer. Stir.
Place the egg, milk and oil in a small bowl.
Beat well with a fork or whisk.
Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture.
Beat together until all lumps are gone.
Pour mixture into Cuisinart Belgian Wafflemaker and cook until done.
Makes 12 waffles.
