Vanilla Ice Cream Base-For Variations

Most ice cream recipes call for a combination
of cream, milk, eggs and sugar. The
type of cream you choose will determine
how rich and how creamy your finished
product will be. The higher the percentage
of fat, the richer your ice cream. Use
any combination, as long as the liquid
measurement stays the same.
