Melitta's Favourite Frittatensuppe
- 120 g Flour
- A pinch of salt
- One egg
- ¼ L milk
Place flour and salt in a bowl and add a bit of milk to it, mix until you have no lumps; add the egg and the rest of the milk.
The dough will be baked in a fry pan with a little bit of oil as follows: ladle some dough into the hot fry pan; make sure that the dough is thinly spread over the whole fry pan surface; bake evenly until gold brown, turn over and bake the other side. Place on a cooling rack to cool off, cut into long thin pieces like spaghetti.
Warm some beef broth, grate a carrot or two into the broth and let simmer until the carrots are tender.
Place the crepe spaghetti into a soup bowl and ladle the warm/semi hot broth over it. Top the soup with some small pieces of parsley or chive.
