Coffee Frappé

For 2 large glasses

  • 200 ml cold water
  • 4 teaspoons instant coffee powder
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 4 teaspoons icing sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100 ml 18% cream

Using a the whisk attachment, beat the water and coffee until foamy.
Add ice cubes and process using the multi purpose blade.
Using the beater attachment, add sugar, vanilla extract and cream.
Beat until foamy.
Serve immediately.
