The Garlic Box’s Medjool Date Apple Salad with Apple Cider & Garlic Vinaigrette

Apple Cider & Garlic VinaigretteMedjool dates are a MUST to ensure the best salad.

  • 5 Tbsp. Apple Cider & Garlic Vinaigrette
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tsp. small red onion (diced)
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 Cup Medjool dates (pitted, cut in half, then sliced)
  • 1 Head frisée lettuce (bite size pieces)
  • 4 Cups spinach
  • 1 Apple, cored then thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 Pear, thinly sliced
  • 2 Radishes, thinly sliced
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Mix Apple Cider & Garlic Vinaigrette with oil, onion and mustard in a bowl until well blended.
Add remaining ingredients to a large mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss in dressing and serve.
