Easy Deviled Eggs

Deviled EggsGreat for Brunch or Bar-B-Qs

  • 6 Eggs
  • 2-3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Teaspoon mustard
  • Pinch pepper
  • Pinch salt
  • Paprika, to taste
  • Olives, Green Onion, Chives for garnish.

Hard boil eggs, let cool and peel. Cut in half lengthwise, removing yolks. Place yolks in a small bowl, and mash untill crumbly. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix until light and fluffy (add mayonnaise as necessary). Distribute yolk mix among halved eggs and garnish to taste with paprika, olives, green onions and chives.
