Lynn's Favourite Artichoke Dip
- 14oz can of artichoke hearts. Drained & chopped
- ½ cup parmesan cheese (fresh if possible - better)
- 1 cup mayonnaise (real)
- ½ tsp. garlic powder or fresh (better of course)
- Salt to taste (but not too much cheese is salty)
- Dash of lemon juice
Mix all together. Heat in oven for 10 min. 350 (until bubbly)
