Girouette

A Girouette is a device that scrapes cheese or chocolate into curls.
The girouette is specifically designed for use with a special cheese known as Tete de Moine, also known as Monk's head. It is said that by shaving the cheese very thinly the odour and flavour are further developed by allowing oxygen to reach more of the surface.

The Girouette has a chocolate ring-mold to then create decorative chocolate curls. A plastic dome helps keep cheese or chocolate fresh.

November Events

Henckels Knife Sharpening Clinic
Saturday, November 24th, 11am until 2pm

Our most asked for event of the year is upon us. Come have your Henckels knives professionally sharpened by our Henckels representative. A maximum of three knives per household may be sharpened. The cost is $5.00 minimum per knife to be donated to Orangeville SPCA. All knives must be clean, in good condition and be well wrapped for transporting. We do not sharpen scissors or serrated knives.
