Cranberry Chutney from the Garlic Box
Cranberry Chutney Ingredients
- 1/2 jar Cranberry Garlic Rum Preserve from the Garlic Box
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped apple
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a pot.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer covered 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool and store covered in the refrigerator.
Serve with: ham/carrots/turkey or savoury tarts with a sharp cheddar cheese
