Natasha’s Specialty - George Squares
- ½ Cup Butter
- ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
- 3 Tbsps. Cocoa
- 1 Beaten Egg
- 2 Cups Graham Wafer Crumbs
Combine, put in 8" square pan and chill for ½ hour.
- 2 Cups Icing Sugar
- ¼ cup Butter
- ¼ Cup Cream or Milk
- 2 Tbsps. Bird's Custard Powder
Combine all ingredients, beating until smooth and fluffy, then spread carefully on top of first layer
- 3 Chocolate squares (Sweet or Semi-Sweet)
- ¼ Cup Butter, Melted
Melt chocolate and butter together, and then spread over second layer and chill.
As this is a very rich square, it should be cut into small 1" pieces.
