Apple Mustard Glazed Ham
Part of our Holiday Brunch Menu
- 1 cup apple jelly
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 4-5 pound cooked ham
- Whole cloves
In small saucepan combine jelly, mustard, lemon juice and nutmeg.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Preheat oven to 325° F.
Score the surface of the ham in diamond shapes, ½” deep.
Insert clove into each diamond score.
Place ham in Cuisipro Roast & Serve Rack.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes per pound or until meat thermometer reads 140° F
During the last 30 minutes of baking, brush twice with glaze.
Makes 6-8 servings.
