Ever wanted to learn the secrets of the Chefs at your favourite restaurants? The Millcroft's award-winning Executive Chef Roberto Fracchioni has graciously offered to share some of his trade secrets and many of his favourite ingredients and products with a series of themed culinary classes at The Millcroft Inn & Spa.
Participants for each class will enjoy an informative and entertaining interactive 60-minute class with Chef Fracchioni and a glass of wine from our extensive cellar.
